Although reflexology and crystal therapy are safe and non invasive extra care needs to be taken with some conditions.
The following conditions are not suitable for reflexology
Heart disease
A pace maker
Thrombosis
An infectious disease
A high temperature
You are in the first trimester of pregnancy
Epilepsy
Misusing drugs
Crystal therapy is not advisable if you have a
Severe mental health condition
Uncontrolled epilepsy
A pacemaker
Please consult your doctor prior to treatment if you are unsure
Reflexology, Crystal therapy and Spiritual Healing are all complimentary therapies and as such will not replace medical care so please always consult your Doctor if you are unwell.
