Hi my name is Tracy O'Keeffe
I trained as a spiritual healer 5 years ago and since then I have been on an amazing spiritual journey. My background is in medicine, I trained as a nurse back in 1982 and then continued my career as a children's nurse and now I work part time as a Health Visitor. I have come to realise that in order to keep the body in balance and dis-ease free we need to bring the practice of modern medicine and complimentary therapy together. To do this I have undertaken training in Crystal therapy and Reflexology.
In my work I continually see the effects stress is playing in our lives it prevents you from keeping that perfect balance, and in so doing you are left feeling angry, bewildered and out of control. When you have a therapy session clients say they feel more in tune with their bodies, more peaceful and calm, which allows them to let the stresses of every day pass them by without these angry feelings bursting forth.
Along with my husband who is a Macmillan Nurse we have bought a beautiful cottage in the peaceful and scenic surroundings of Colliford Lake on Bodmin Moor. Here You can receive a treatment and feel tranquil and uplifted.
We also have a holiday cottage which can sleep 4 people so why not come and relax on holiday and spoil yourself to a relaxing treatment at the same time.
